Steve, thanks so much for sharing about how God is at work in the life of your church and community. I am grateful to the Lord for how he has used the book, Consuming Jesus, and the Advent Conspiracy to encourage you and your church family to consume consumerism with love and good deeds. Please stay connected. I give thanks to the Lord for you!

Best wishes,

Paul

Amen. It's amazing what a little awareness and solidarity in action can do. Imagine if every single church in America participated next year. I'm so encouraged that there are communities that are willing humbly re-examine the holidays in light of consumerism and what it truly is intended to be about. Especially as believers, this is a huge message that is being sent to the world. Thank you!

Steve, what an encouragement to hear about the success of Advent Conspiracy in your church! And I gotta say, as a Morgan Hill native, it's nice to hear some news from home!
